Frem honoring “Fatat Loubnan”’s students: Don’t leave Lebanon

“Fatat Loubnan”’s (Girl of Lebanon) high school for the nuns of Eucharist’s Order in Beit Habbak – Jbeil, held an educational gathering in which excellent students of 192 ones were honored under the patronage and the presence of Eng. Neemat Frem, in the Monsignor Sami Hayek’s hall.

On this occasion, Frem made a speech in which he expressed his major gratitude and appreciation for what he saw, especially for the word of Sister Gladys who considered this school as a school of eagles.

Frem said: “Do you know how Eagle male teaches its little ones how to fly? The eagle carries them to the top and let them in a free fall from above. Little eagles have to manage themselves by trying to fly in order not to die. But the father stays next to his little ones to teach them how to discover their own abilities. And this is what this school never stopped doing through the years.” Frem congratulated the school administration for this competency among top students saying: “you are the real treasure of Lebanon.”

He added: “A monk once told me that countries are built by children. This monk was concerned about the declination of the number of children in our region.”

He said that young students must not leave the country to build their futures abroad. People in charge must work on finding a way to keep our youth and their power in this land.

He added:” I regret some sayings like the path of bankruptcy starts here. Todays’ students are innovative and smart but they face a dirty country. The true wealth must start from here, from this school and from these hearts, especially from the mind of the eagle school, which is a revolution of values through which Lebanon will be rebuilt again. This Lebanon will be built on your industries, this Lebanon is yours, and this work will depend on your efforts, because it’s a lot, and the path is long, so get ready!”

He said:” let me give you a sample of what this life taught me. Every time I met love and respect with commitment, creations were achieved. Many were committed but without passion nor respect, and vice versa. Your excellent results in school stemming from professionalism and methodology followed by commitment and serenity presented to you by the founding Monsignor whom Jesus Christ inspired, all of these will lead you to achieve a lot in life.”

He concluded saying: “ I congratulate you and your parents and the school, and I ask you all to go on with your journey to the end, strong, committed and respectful.”
