Frem from Faraya: From the heart of Keserwan, the change will begin

The candidate for the Maronite seat in the Keserwan-Jbeil district, engineer Neemat Frem what is the benefit of a man if he won the whole universe and lost himself and he faced the deterioration of his living level into a dangerous gorge in the last three years and because of corruption and paralysis in the country. "That is why I decided to enter the world of politics in order to serve the human person and to uphold his dignity and give him an opportunity to establish himself and stay in his homeland.”

Frem's delivered his speech during a rally in Faraya with the participation of Makhathir and the heads of clubs, associations. He started with great thanks to the people of Faraya, whom he considered to be his family and he felt at home.  

Frem stressed that the main problem today is in the absence of jobs, as everyone in Lebanon suffers from this. "Every young man who graduated today is an immigration project and this is not a coincidence, but an accumulation of failure over the years. This is an additional reason that led me to leave my private world and join politics," he said.

He also spoke about the lost human values facing a great challenge and said: There is a challenge of values, even if our children receive the best education and we could not make them a country, it means that we failed, so we will not accept today to live in “farm” and not a “country”. We have to bring expertise, professionalism and values to the parliament. I personally learned the experience from my own account rather than from the public account and did not cause a public debt of 90 billion to the citizens. I dream that the state’s institutions become as effective as the private institutions we come from. It is unacceptable that public institutions are a symbol of failure and the Lebanese in the world are a symbol of success. A successful Lebanese should look like his country because Lebanon today is unlike us and that is what we will change.”

Frem also touched on the problems and concerns of Faraya. "From this mountain, from the heart of Keserwan, we want to change the reality" he said. “We want Lebanon to be like the successful Lebanese. We want to stop the failure, the failure to market our products, especially the apples, the failure of traffic in Ouyoun el Siman, the failure of not taking advantage of the gifts of God, which is the snow, instead of attracting 200 million Arab tourists, they are leaving away because of traffic produced after skiing.”

"I am allied with the Covenant and especially with President Michel Aoun because it is the only and fastest way to produce and get out of the bad reality we are going through," concluded Neemat Frem.

The meeting in Faraya was preceded by a huge car convoy which accompanied Frem from Jeita, passing through Sheyle, Ballouneh, Ajaltoun, Reyfoun, Achkout and Faraya.
